Return and refund policy
For any undamaged product (Includes : Ready to ship wigs, ready to ship accessories), simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and I will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (1) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (2) the following products are not eligible for return: Custom made wigs / remade to order wigs (As you approve the styling before I send it, it can not be refund), signed prints and digital files (Patterns, e-books). However if you have any problem, I will do my best to help you.

If a package get lost (With proof of tracking number), I will try to cooperate with the delivery company in my country and the customer will have to cooperate with the delivery company in their country. If after 1 month since the product has been shipped, the customer did not receive it, I will remade / resend the asked product.
Warranties & responsibility for services and products
When I receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from me, I will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If I am unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to me. I will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced products to customer and customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us.
